How To Quit Smoking…And How To Remain A Non smoker.

Hi Future non smokers.

Most smokers consider that quitting smoking is the hardest thing they can do. With the right combination of advanced hypnosis and NLP it can be reasonably easy. But the real challenge is to remain a non smoker.

Ex-smokers rarely consider that they are in the same position as lifelong non smokers. Many ex-smokers think that if a stressful event happens in their lives then they will have to light up again.

Guess what! Non smokers get stressed as well, but they don’t reach for a cigarette. If you have not smoked for 6 months, a year or 5 years and you start again it is for only one reason, it’s because you have chosen to!

It’s not some old hangover from smoking, it’s because you made the decision to put a cigarette in your mouth and light it!

Quitting requires some emotional toughness and not starting up again will also require some toughness. Not much though, just a bit. For anybody at any time could decide to smoke again. Anyone can decide to drink a bottle of spirits or drive down the wrong way on the freeway.

The solution is just don’t do it! There are a hundred ways to solve your stress and smoking is probably the worst way. Whenever someone says to me I was so stressed I just had to have a cigarette I asked them if it helped.

The answer is always no! It’s not surprising really because smoking has never helped anyone to overcome stress. It’s just one of the great illusions of that sneaky drug  nicotine.
